Installation Changes

Updated Quick Guides at http://help.signz.co.nz/index.html?quick_installations.htm

Installation Reports:

- Extend button changed to refresh screen

- Actioned / Sent bookings will now show in Blue / Bold in Start Date and Scheduled Date

- Installed bookings will now show in Green / Bold in Start Date and Scheduled Date

- Must Come Down bookings (that do not have new media following) will now show in Red / Bold in End Date and Scheduled Date

- Loading a photo will prompt to mark as Installed if not already done

- Additonal sorts / splits added 

Photo Summary Report:

- Now has Load, Send and Open Contract buttons
