Well, we have been playing with reporting tools recently and have completed the tools required for us to create quite complex emails and attachments based on the SIGNZ reporting tools. The primary reason was to give us a better way to send things like 'contracts expiring this month' to a rep, or 'owner leases requiring renewal' without having to write new tools every time someone wanted to change the data or layout.
The side-benefit is being able to create and email sales reports, etc. without requiring lots of new code for each new requirement.
