Credit Approval in SIGNZ 3 was on / off and that carried across to SIGNZ 4. Either a company was 'locked' in terms of credit hold or it was open to be used. Nothing in between.
The new settings have been expanded to allow SOME actions. This means we can let reps create and print contracts (with a 'subject to approval' watermark, perhaps) while the approval process continues. However, installation, production, invoicing and creditors functions will be halted. Settings will allow a 'not approved' status which will still allow you to place a complete 'stop credit' on a client to prevent new contracts.
