Ad-Vantage Media is operated by Duncan Harris who has over 14 years in the Outdoor Industry including previously managing  the NZ Rail Billboard concession.  Duncan is also currently Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association of New Zealand  (OAANZ ).
