The most likely scenario is that you haven't filled in a required
field. Look for any fields that are highlighted in red and
fill these in. The 'Save' button should then become enabled.

are 'Excel' buttons on many of the screens, these will export the

How do I delete a booking that is

If the booking has already been partially invoiced and you wish to cancel
the remainder, SIGNZ won’t let you “Edit”.
Instead you will select “Split/Change”
at the Bookings tab and insert a date of some time after the last
invoice period into the “Split at this date” Date
Picker. It then saves the current booking through to the end of
the invoiced period, and
deletes the remainder of the booking if you choose.

You have two options:
Option 1: Go into Sites and then into the bookings tab. If the
Delete button at the bottom of the screen in enabled simply click and
delete. If not, this is probably due to the security settings for your
company. Try option 2.
Option 2: Go into Contracts, put an * into the search box and then
select the

and then select 'Transfer Booking'. SIGNZ will ask you if you want to
transfer this booking to another contract, click Yes. You will then be
asked for the contract number, enter this and the booking will be moved.
Alternatively, delete the contract and make a complete new booking on an
existing or new contract.

This is where a client has been
given the right to renew a booking on a specific site. It usually
occurs when the client has booked an important site for a long period of
time. Once the booking is nearing the end stages of its rental the
client is asked whether or not they want to continue with the booking or
not.
Installers:
How do I find out which sites don't have an Installer? Click here for the answer ...
Open the Reports screen and run and Installation report. As
soon as the report is open, if there are any Installations without
an assigned installer, a warning message will pop up alerting you
and telling you how many sites are effected. In order to view
these sites you must scroll right until you see the column heading
'Installer'. If you click the column heading 'Installer'.
If you click the column name the sites will be sorted by Installer
(providing you haven't already sorted/split the data - more info).
Blank cells will then appear at the top of the list meaning there is
no assigned Installer. You can then note the site numbers and
assign an Installer.

When you make a new site and put it into the system you must
assign a default installer. To do this, go to the sites
screen. Type in the site number into the search box.
Select the site and go to the info tab. Near the bottom of the
screen you will find a box called 'Default Installer.' Choose
an installer from the drop down 9or create a new one) and then
select the contact. If there are current bookings on this site
SIGNZ will ask you if you wish to assign these Installation jobs to
the new Installer. You may select all jobs to be transferred,
all not to be transferred or a combination.

Go to Reports, select Owner, and then Site Owner Renewals and GO.
Select the area and the date and select GO. A list of Site Owner
leases that need to be renewed will then appear.

How do I change the owner of a site if the land/building has been

Open the sites screen. Type in the site number.
Go to the 'owner' tab and select the current owner. Click
'Edit' and then enter the 'end date', remembering to save.
Now you must enter the details of the new owner. Select
'New;. Enter the owner name, the date the contract/ lease
was TODO: ORIGINALLY??? signed, and the commencement date.
The commencement date will be the day agter the 'end date' of
the previous owner. The end date will be the date
originally decided upon by the previous owner. eg.
If they signed a 10yr lease the end date will remain ten years
from the original commencement date.
There will now be 2 owners listed under the site; the
previous owner and the current owner.
