Generating Site Cards
 
 

Site Cards can be generated from a number of different locations in SIGNZ.

  • Sites - By selecting the site / sites required and then selecting PowerPoint

  • Contract - By selecting the contract required and then selecting PowerPoint - this will generate site cards for all sites in the contract
  • Availability - By select the site / sites required and then selecting PowerPoint

How to generate a Site Card

  • Select the Template Required - or you can use browse for a non-standard template

  • Select whether you want to Maintain the aspect ratio on the photos

  • Whether you require the site cards to be generated as a PowerPoint document or a PowerPoint slide show

  • If you have availability details on your Site Cards you can specify the date the avails are to start from.

  • Once you are happy with your selection select Continue.

  • You will be given the option to Link the document to a person in a company

  • The PowerPoint Slide will then be generated.

  • SIGNZ will tell you how big the file is
